Hey everyone, I do apologize for the lack of activity as of late. I've had a lot of stuff going on the past couple months. Main reason is that my girlfriend and I are in the process of buying a house!!! So with that I've been working an absurd amount of overtime, to help with closing costs and all that. Unfortunately my activity is going to continue to be slow till about the end of October. But I will continue to try and post stuff when and how I can!!

Luckily I have a break this weekend from overtime and doing all sorts of other things. So been taking it easy the past two day. Plus it's my birthday today, so even more reason to just chill!!

Take it easy!

I've been pretty busy the past couple weeks. Tends to happen with the military. So I'm playing a lot of catch up on submitting art once again. I always manage to get some drawing done, but I never get a chance to scan them all in. I also noticed an improvement on my art over the past several months so I cleaned out my queue of sketches placing my older sketches into my archives so I can get to my newer sketches which are better quality, definitely thing you all would enjoy that more. Things have finally been settling down a bit so I'm taking advantage of it! Other then the typical work stuff, my girlfriend and I been goin out to do a lot of stuff as of late (when our schedules match up). We went to an Avalanche game which was absolutely awesome! Went and saw a movie called Greta, which was ok, I've seen Future Diary so I knew everything that was gonna happen in the movie.


I also took a chance to count all the actual pieces of Art that I've done, and though I don't have a lot here on DA I have just over 800 pieces of artwork done!!! It's a great feeling knowing that I've accomplished so much. Do you all keep track on how many things you have drawn or made?


So Yesterday My girlfriend and I went and did an escape room. She loves them and drags me out to do them. I've only done two so I don't have a lot of varied experience. But out of the two the second was definitely the best I've done so far. The first one I did was just a single room with a bunch of combo locks and process of elimination and super linear. But the second one had a full story to it, covered three rooms and it was some real puzzle solving. It was absolutely fantastic!! So I'm curious if any of you have ever done an escape room? Did you all escape? Did you run out of time? What kind of puzzles did you have to solve? How many rooms have you done? I'd like to hear all about it!!

So I just got back from a super tiny comic con called Altus Pop Expo. It was their first little convention. I went down to help an only military friend of mine run his booth. Plus it was a good chance to see them before they move out to Japan!! It was an absolute blast, even if I mostly ran the booth and tried to keep my friend in check (it was like herding cats). Saw a couple really good artists, I'll see about finding a link to their art pages when I have a chance. I've only just gotten home so all I've done is unpack.

I know I haven't posted a lot these past few weeks on here, but I have been keeping up with my drawing. I've gotten several new sketches done that I need to color up. BUT! I did take leave for this little trip and I still have 5 days off in a row, so I'm going to sit my ass down and grind out some art all week!!

Just wishing everyone (late) Merry Christmas, Happy holidays, and a new year!!!


Hoping this year is a good one!

Been super busy as per usual. Finished all the OJT of my new job, and also got a pay grade increase. So now that I've finished that crazy schedule I can finally get back to a normal routine and get art uploaded once again! Plus really lookin forward to playing DnD again!!
